One of my least favorite things - people touching my head or brushing my hair!! I absolutely cannot stand it!! I try to grin and bear it when my kids ask if they can "do" my hair but inside (and maybe outside, too!) I am cringing!

I pray every day for the girl's safety! From climbing slides, to climbing bunk beds, to breaking mirrors, to pulling lights off of end tables (Grandma's house), to wandering out the door without me knowing (I found her over by the group home next door - scariest 45 seconds of my life!) . . . she keeps me on my toes!!
Kids+Dirt
Kids and dirt are just meant to go together! The septic system is in and now the yard becomes one great big sandbox!
As you can see in the first picture, they had to dig out our nice sloping hill that went into our backyard. Now we are responsible for making it look nice . . . that means either bring in fill dirt and make it a hill again or put in a nice retaining wall. We will be doing the wall . . . so much for a project that didn't cost us anything!! The plus side? It makes our backyard a lot bigger!
