Our first week of school went well! The kids did great and I loved teaching them. The only day we didn't do school was Tuesday because we were at Church for Bible Study and class for the kids. This morning it was a little tough for everyone to get going. I let the kids watch one TV show this morning while I got a few things done around the house. At one point I walked back into the living room (where I had left Karys sitting up in the chair) and found that Aliyah had crawled up into the chair with her and had covered them both with a blanket. The bright colors made for some great pictures (especially with the awesome lens that I borrowed from my Mom!).
