My Dad and Daryl took Samuel fishing this morning on Wolf Lake. My Dad has a little fishing boat and trailer that he hauls out to a lake (usually Wolf Lake) once in a blue moon. Samuel was pretty excited to go on a boys only fishing trip, and Hope had a hard time understanding why the boys only fishing trip didn't include her. Samuel had a great time. He was able to cast and reel in his fishing pole all by himself. He didn't catch anything on his pole but my Dad and Daryl both caught a couple. Samuel didn't want to reel them in - mainly because by the time they finally caught them, Samuel had taken a break to eat his snack!
I love that Samuel can have special times like this with his Daddy and his Grandpa!!
