We had a great time celebrating Mom and Neil's 10th wedding anniversary at a beautiful lodge at Pine Vista Resort near Peterborough, Ontario. It was a long drive for us (around 10 hours) for a short weekend, but we were thankful that we could be there. Neil's kids all came (from further away than us!) and all of Mom's kids were there as well. The kids really enjoyed being with their cousins. The weather was a little rainy but we made the best of it. It was fun to see Karys and Mya together again as well! We stayed in an apartment/room that was a little further away from the two houses that everyone else stayed in. This made it a challenge because I was stuck in our room while Karys napped and after the kids went to bed at night. Mom and Neil stayed in the apartment with us. We are so thankful for Mom and Neil and for the beautiful blended family that God has brought together in His sovereignty!
